Once your registration has been received you will be sent an email confirmation followed by an invoice for the fees that apply to your registration.
The KPA Community Street Market will run on Saturday December 1st, 2018.
Venue: Williams St Kaiapoi, between Hilton St & Raven Quay
Time: from 9am to 12:30pm.
Open to local sports groups, non-profit community groups, and local businesses. Proof must be provided.
Stalls will have a three-metre frontage. The area is asphalt and a public closed road. The only food stalls permitted in the Market are cake stalls, preserves, and produce. All commercial food vendors or caravans and sausage sizzles are required to book a site in the main Carnival Area.
Pack In: Saturday, 1st December from 7.30am, all stalls must be set up ready by 8.30am no exceptions. All vehicles must be out of the main street before the road closure at 8.15am No Exceptions.
Pack Down: Saturday, 1st December from 12:30pm, all stalls must be removed by 1:00 pm No Exceptions this is to prepare the road for the Santa Parade at 1.30pm.
Stalls are to remain intact until closure at 12:30pm, if you need to leave prior to this for any reason please notify the events manager.
Main Street Retailers may pull their stalls back to their front windows, they must not be obstructing the foot traffic for patrons viewing the parade.

The Kaiapoi Christmas Carnival will run on Saturday December 1st, 2018
Venue: Hilton Street, Kaiapoi (Regeneration Land opposite the Crossing shopping centre)
Time: 9am to 4.30pm
Open to all Stall Holders – arts and crafts, clothing, food vendors etc.
Each individual site (excluding Activities, Food Trucks / Catering Vans) is a 4m x 4m area on a grassed surface, with larger sites multiples of 4m. In recognition of the growing popularity of specialist food trucks we have added a 6m x 4m food truck option.
Stallholders / Vendors using a gazebo, tent or similar outdoor shelter should note that any poles, supports, guy ropes, pegs etc. will not be permitted on paths, walkways or outside the allocated stall area. If your stall exceeds the allocated site size, you will be charged extra. Book an additional site(s) if you require more space.
The provision of all required equipment is the sole responsibility of the Stallholder.

Pack Down: Saturday, 1st December all Stalls must be dismantled after trading. Any property left on site after 5.30pm will be there at the vendors own risk.

Starting at 1:30 pm the Santa Parade will start from it's marshalling area at the west end of Raven Quay, travel east along Raven Quay before turning south into Williams St. It will then turn east into Hilton St where the floats will disperse and be parked alongside the carnival for the public to view.

The Inter-Schools competition is open to all schools within the Kaiapoi High School enrolment area.
